Customized Products

  • All products are custom-made according to customer specifications.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our work, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for custom orders once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging for verification.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or correction as appropriate. Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.

Color & Design Variations

  • Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen displays, material availability, or the production process.

  • Such minor variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once the production process has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

Courier & Delivery Issues

  • MD CNC Art is not responsible for damages or delays caused by courier services.

  • However, we will assist customers in coordinating with the courier company when possible.
