Due to the personalized nature of our work, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for custom orders once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and original packaging for verification.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or correction as appropriate. Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.
Color & Design Variations

Slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur due to screen displays, material availability, or the production process.
